During my recent city break at the NYX Hotel Dublin Portobello, I was pleasantly surprised by the vibrancy and comfort of the place. Nestled right by a lovely canal, it made for a perfect base for my family and me, with spacious rooms featuring two queen-size beds-ideal for a wildlife conservationist like me who occasionally needs a city reset. The breakfast was standout, offering a fantastic self-service spread that catered beautifully to our gluten-free diet, which was much appreciated by everyone in our group. I found the staff incredibly helpful and attentive; they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, especially when we encountered a noisy neighbor one night. The hotel's location was also a plus, with a pleasant 15-minute walk that led us straight into Dublin's vibrant city center. We enjoyed the mix of modern decor and comfortable amenities-air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked minibar made our downtime just as enjoyable as our city explorations. All in all, NYX Hotel was a delightful pitstop in our journey, blending the hustle and bustle of city life with the comforts of home.
